Tools 4 Trainers provide business coaching training DVDs and videos on assertiveness training, communication and presenation training videos. Our four DVDs - Appraisal Scenarios, Communicating Assertively, Difficult Conversations and Presenting Professionally – are designed to help individuals and businesses to change their approach when faced with common problems and challenges in the workplace.
Experienced trainers use role-plays to firstly demonstrate how easy it is to get things wrong, before showing how to get things right and each role-play is reinforced with clear and concise Key Learning points.
For example in the Appraisal Scenarios DVD you’ll see a manager getting the opening to an appraisal very wrong – showing no respect to the appraisee, she doesn’t listen properly, and even gets the poor woman’s name wrong!
The second scene shows the manager being welcoming, putting the appraisee at ease using good communication skills and getting the appraisal off to a positive start.
The role-plays in our business coaching training DVDs are not scripted, nor do we use actors for any of our assertiveness training, appraisal interview training or communication skills training DVDs or videos.. Instead they feature real managers and trainers using their personal management experience and proven training skills to provide well structured, realistic scenarios.
We have taken the Role-Plays that many training course delegates find intimidating and difficult and turned them into powerful, visual learning tools. This makes it easy for you as a trainer or coach to choose the scenarios which you decide are appropriate for each group or individual you are training or coaching.
